Refund Policy
All requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made by contacting Mad Paws Chef by phone or email. Mad Paws Chef will provide a refund for any product that was deemed to be spoilt, in this instance please retain the product for examination by taking pictures and note of relevant details
You must get in touch no more than 12hours after the confirmation of delivery has been provided to you.

Cancellation Policy
- You must notify Mad Paws Chef by email or phone.
- All cancellations are subject to the cut off times. If you cancel after the cutoff time you are liable and bound to complete that transaction - the order cannot be cancelled & refunded.
- Subscriptions/Recurring orders must be cancelled prior to the cut off for that week.

Cut Off Times for Orders
- Each week the order cut off is Thursday at 12 midday. If an order is placed after the cut off, it will be processed on Thursday the following week.
- Refunds/Cancellations are not possible if the order has been placed and the order cut off has passed.
